Magreth Philipo Temba
Magreth came to the ABCD program in 2008 having finished Grade 7 in primary school. Her parents had died in 2005 and she was being cared for by local neighbours.
In 2009, she moved to Moshi to grandmother’s house and ABCD started paying for her apprenticeship training at a tailor shop. Three years later and Magreth is now fully trained as a tailor. She is a single mom, still living with grandma, but we have just purchased a new sewing machine for her and she is now happily employed in the same shop where she did her apprenticeship.
Magreth’s supporters can now celebrate her success and are invited to transfer their support to another ABCD child.
