I'm not surprised!! There is such a need for further educational infrastructure and opportunities….but I'm preaching to the choir, I know. I wish I could do more….or at least win the lottery! No wait, that wouldn't work because I don't gamble….I digress….

What a wonderful day for the children and some of their parents to be a part of! Robyn, I am grateful to you for capturing all of the beautiful colors and interactions through your photography. Thank you.

This post is full of great ideas and opportunities for ABCD to continue benefitting the Tanzanian people. Very exciting. Again, I wish I could be there with all of you. However, I had to have someone stay and finish my teaching assignments, which I suppose had to be me lol I'm not sad that you were thoroughly heated during your trip to Moshi. It is minus 22 in Peterborough today! Brrrr

I would be sad to see people suffering and ivory being carved though. Kenya is currently fighting to ban the international trade of ivory stockpiles to protect the endangered species it comes from! Great opportunity to be travel conscious consumers if you ask me!

It’s so great that you are sharing these stories and letting us know who you are visiting and what you are experiencing. I was pleased to see Lynn in a picutre (we at one time worked in the same facility). The portion of your postings that I find so facintating is what you are able to purchase for the children and for how much. I’m surprised that an amount that means little to us, can buy so much for these children. I hope you continue your postings regarding your upcoming adventures and events.
